procurement always asks.
Six to ten weeks for confirmed dates. Peak season (Nov–Feb) and weekends move faster — eight to twelve. We'll hold a tentative for two weeks against a written brief.
Yes — GST invoicing is standard. We're registered in Goa and our team handles procurement coordination, advance percentages, and PO formats on request.
Three hundred and fifty guests on a cocktail / mingle configuration. Two hundred and fifty plated. Two hundred theatre-style. Above 350, we'll route you to a multi-vessel arrangement.
Yes. The banquet hall is built around a stage with an integrated screen. We coordinate with your AV team on input formats, mics, monitors, and run-of-show. Bespoke staging is an add-on.
Entirely. Cuisine, dietary, bar labels, decor language — all bespoke per brief. Our preferred caterers and decor partners are vetted, but bring-your-own is supported.
Loud music plays until 10:30 p.m. — full DJ, high energy, the main programme. After 10:30 the sound softens for a late-night lounge format on the upper deck, so the night continues at a gentler level. We plan the run-of-show around this from the first call.
The banquet hall is fully indoor and air-conditioned. The casual dining area on the middle deck is enclosed with transparent monsoon blinds, so it stays usable through the rain with the views intact. We monitor the forecast 72 hours out and adjust the run-of-show if needed; full reschedule policy is in the proposal.
We coordinate hotel-to-jetty transfers as an add-on. Branded vehicles, staggered arrivals, on-jetty hospitality. For 200+ groups we recommend an arrival window rather than a single board time.
Yes. Drone videography is the standard add-on; in-event photo and video are available. Recap reels deliver in 48 hours — short-form for social, long-form for internal.
Standard. Indian, Jain, vegan, gluten-free, halal — flagged at brief stage and confirmed in the proposal. The galley is set up for parallel preparation.
